Brian Stanley Maguithi Kimani: The Boy Who Killed His Mother from Hiding
How is this even possible?

Brian Stanley Maguithi Kimani is one unlucky Kenyan who, at the hands of fellow Kenyans, has suffered immensely following his alleged involvement in unclear and controversial sexual misconduct allegations.
He was reportedly beaten after being accused of sodomising a minor, an incident whose circumstances remain confusing, even to those discussing it. One account talks of him having a child with another woman, which makes one believe he must be heterosexual. Yet another account places him at the centre of an alleged crime involving a minor, with eyewitnesses claiming they caught him, assaulted him and that he only managed to escape before the mob could finish him off.

I initially thought that being accused of such a disturbing crime was perhaps the worst thing that could happen to someone. Little did I know that I was underestimating the misfortunes of this young man.
As we speak, barely has the grass had time to grow on his mother’s grave, yet reports and rumours surrounding the search for his missing child are already circulating.
THE DEATH OF HIS MOTHER
Then came the tragic news of his mother’s death, reportedly in early September. His mother, a resident of Kiambu, was reportedly taken to the mortuary with serious head injuries, raising concerns about a possible homicide. According to information attributed to the mortuary attendant, the traumatic head injuries may have contributed to her death.

Following her admission to the mortuary, the police reportedly initiated the process of recording the matter at Kenyatta National Hospital Police Post.
For Stanley, as he is known by those who know him well, life has become increasingly traumatic.
As if narrowly escaping death at the hands of an angry mob was not enough, there are reports that Stanley’s child and his mother were previously assaulted in the same incident. They were reportedly taken to Kiambu Hospital, treated and later discharged. Fearing for their safety, Stanley’s mother is said to have gone into hiding with the child, who was still very young, apparently to protect him from further harm.
What makes this situation even more heartbreaking is that Stanley’s mother was reportedly the child’s primary custodian and protector. She appears to have been the person providing the child with care and protection amid the difficult circumstances surrounding the family.
Now that she has reportedly passed away, the whereabouts and welfare of the child have become matters of serious concern. Is the baby safe? Is someone taking care of the child? Could something have happened that has not yet come to light? In the absence of reliable information, even the most disturbing possibilities begin to cross one’s mind, including fears that the child may have died or been buried without the circumstances becoming known.
Could the child have fallen victim to further violence, or is the family simply unaware of where the child is being kept? I honestly do not know what to believe anymore.
These are concerns and unanswered questions, not established facts. What is urgently needed is confirmation of the child’s whereabouts and welfare, alongside a proper investigation into the circumstances surrounding the mother’s death.
Now, with concerns that his mother’s death could possibly be connected to the hostility surrounding him, the situation becomes even more disturbing.
The worst part of it all is that his last line of defence and support system, his immediate and extended family, who would ordinarily be expected to offer him shelter and protection, are reportedly blaming him for his mother’s death because of his alleged involvement in a dangerous lifestyle. Even more troubling are reports that some have threatened to take revenge against him.
NOW, YOU BE THE JUDGE!
Who is wrong and who is right? Why can’t we allow the systems that the government has put in place to work for the people rather than against them? Why are we always in such a hurry to punish, assault or even take someone’s life before the facts are established?
Whatever the case, Stanley’s life will never be the same again.
His mother’s death, reported in early September, is under investigation. He reportedly faces threats of what could happen to him if he is spotted, while his child remains missing. It is as though the entire country has declared him a persona non grata.
There is evidence and supporting information relating to the various accusations and incidents discussed in this story. We have deliberately chosen not to make it public, opting instead to follow the appropriate legal channels and allow the relevant authorities to investigate and establish the truth.
MY ADVICE TO STANLEY
My advice? Please, get enough money and just undergo facial reconstruction surgery to transform your appearance into that of another person. Move as far away as Australia, start a new life there and forget about coming home!
I know this sounds extreme, but what kind of life is this? How does one begin to rebuild when the people who should offer protection have allegedly become another source of fear?
And what about the child? What happened to the baby? Who is protecting the child now that the mother, the person reportedly responsible for the child’s care and protection, is gone?

I don’t know what to believe anymore.
Dear God!
