Bahati Leaks Police Report, Says Man Behind Organ Harvesting Claims Once Plotted to Kidnap His Kids

Kevin Bahati has escalated his fight with the man who accused him of organ harvesting at Pastor Ezekiel’s church, releasing what he says is footage of a May police interrogation. In it, Bahati claims, the same man admits he was hired to kidnap his children, Heaven and Majesty. The musician says he held back the video for months to protect his kids, only going public after the man repeated his allegations from the pulpit.

The accusations against Bahati started when a man identified only as Kevin stood before Pastor Ezekiel’s congregation and claimed the musician runs an organ harvesting operation stretching across Nairobi, Machakos, Eldoret and Nakuru. Bahati responded by calling the story a calculated attack on his reputation and threatening legal action against the man, as per Tuko.

Bahati has now gone further. He posted what he says is CCTV-style footage from Ruiru Police Station, recorded in May, showing the same man being questioned. According to Bahati’s caption, the man confessed at the time that a woman had approached him to kidnap Heaven and Majesty while they were leaving school. He says he chose not to publicize the report back then because it involved minors, and only released it now after the organ harvesting claims resurfaced in church.

Bahati questions the man’s story

Bahati’s central argument is timing. He says the same man who told police in May he’d never met him is now, two months later, accusing him of running a body-organ ring. He’s also questioned how anyone could kill enough people to fill a river with bodies without a single missing persons case being reported.

None of this has been confirmed by police. The claims about the May interrogation and the kidnap plot come entirely from Bahati’s own social media post, and the organ harvesting allegations remain just that, allegations made publicly by one man with no independent evidence produced so far. This isn’t Bahati’s first time turning to leaked documentation to fight back against a public claim. He took a similar approach earlier this year, releasing DNA results to dispute a woman’s claim that she was his biological mother.

Reactions online have been split, with some Kenyans calling the whole saga clout chasing on both sides, and others asking whether it’s a serious criminal matter at all.
