He revealed that he bought the land from a retiring man who was introduced to him by the seller’s son, a close friend.

The property features a spacious gravel lot ideal for parking and maneuvering semi-trucks, along with an existing building that Malcom plans to renovate. According to his description, the structure will be converted into modern administrative offices and a fully equipped mechanical bay for truck maintenance and repairs. He also mentioned plans to demolish an on-site “nursery” structure to make way for further industrial development.
