Kim Potter, the officer behind the murder of 20 year old Daunte Wright has resigned from police service.

Sources privy to the shooting indicate that Race soldiers in Brooklyn Center Minnesota pulled over the 20 year old youth for having air fresheners in his car.

They told him to exit the vehicle. According to a witness, he was immediately shot after he complied.

Potter resigned yesterday after 26 years as a cop.

She will be charged with 2nd degree manslaughter.

Daunte’s death came less than a year after the death of George Floyd.

The late Daunte Wright, another black life cut short by the police.

He died on 25th May 2020 after being handcuffed and pinned to the ground by an officer identified Derek Chauvin.

Floyd’s killing sparked widespread reactions across the world with many blaming the then POTUS Donald Trump for being reckless with the lives of black people.

President Joe Biden in a tweet condemned the killing of Daunte.

“Today I’m thinking about Daunte Wright and his family — and the pain, anger, and trauma that Black America experiences every day. While we await a full investigation, we know what we need to do to move forward: rebuild trust and ensure accountability so no one is above the law.” POTUS Biden posted on his official Twitter page.
