Another black life lost at the hands of US police (Video)

Another black life has been lost at the hands of a US police officer less than a year since the murder of George Floyd.

He died on 25th May 2020 after being handcuffed and pinned to the ground by an officer identified Derek Chauvin.

Floyd’s killing sparked widespread reactions across the world with many blaming the then POTUS Donald Trump for being reckless with the lives of black people.

20 year old Daunte Wright is believed to have been shot dead by a female police officer.

Sources privy to the shooting indicate that Race soldiers in Brooklyn Center Minnesota pulled over the 20 year old youth for having air fresheners in his car.

Daunte Wright, another black life cut short by the police.

They told him to exit the vehicle. According to a witness, he was immediately shot after he complied. He died on the spot.

Chants of “No good cops in a racist system!” were heard after the killing as protesters gathered outside the Brooklyn Center police department outside Minneapolis.

Communication from the department indicated that Daunte was shot accidentally.

Investigators have named the officer who fatally shot Wright as Kimberly A Potter, a 25-year veteran of the Brooklyn Center police department.

Potter is currently on standard administrative leave.

The shooting occurred on Sunday.
