RIP,FORMER TUSKER FC STRIKER STEPHEN OWUSU DEAD

The Kenya football fraternity is mourning the loss of one of the best strikers Stephen Owusu, who took his last breath on Saturday 24th of October following a short unknown illness that he had been battling.
The Ghanaian national relocated back to his home country where he was receiving treatment.
He played a major role in lifting the Kenya premiere league (KPL) title, as well as winning The Kenya Football Federation cup both in 2016.
The Tusker FC CEO, made a few remarks in relation to the striker as others took to twitter to give their heartfelt condolences.
“We were informed of the death of Owusu yesterday [Saturday] and we are quite saddened as a club. He is a player who served the club with utmost dignity and gave everything for the shirt. It is a sad loss and we pray for the family at this difficult time,” he told Capital Sport.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
