Radio Queen Talia Oyando Ditches Homeboyz Radio and Joins Radio Jambo

Popular radio host Talia Oyando has joined Radio Jambo and ditched Homeboyz Radio after working with them for seven years.

The radio queen and presenter shared a post on her social media account on Thursday Evening, April 16, 2020, informing her fans that Friday night show was her last.

“Tonight and tomorrow will be my final shows on Homeboyzradio, and I’m grateful for the years. Thank you for tuning in thank you for the love. I love you, wholeheartedly from the bottom of my heart. Let’s catch up next door,” Tallia had shared.

Homeboyz Radio shared a post on the social media page thanking Talia Oyando for her service and wishing her all the best in her new show.

“We wanna wish one of our own all the best as she makes a move to the next chapter! Nothing but Love and Blessings to Tallia Oyando on this transition! Say Jambo to the other side,” Homeboyz Radio posted.

Talia has been working with Homeboyz Radio since Feb 2013. She was hosting a late-night reggae show.

“Final show with my radio wife. Stream Life from 9 p.m as we send off Tallia Oyando,” DJ Bash shared before Talia’s last show.

“New Face! New voice! Tallia Oyando will be seizing the airwaves every night, Monday to Friday from 7 p.m to 9 p.m on Radio Jambo. Don’t miss out on the show Reggae Wave,” Radio Jambo put out in a tweet.

Talia Oyando is a celebrated media personality in Kenya.

At the age of 17, Talia was part of a music group, Talma, which released an album called Jambo Rafiki in 2011.
