Daddy Owen talks about emotional pain (watch)

Embattled gospel Singer Daddy Owen has opened up  about emotional pain amid claims that his wife Farida had gotten engaged to a tycoon based in Gilgil, Nakuru county.

Through a video posted on Instagram, the gospel singer stated that emotional pain can be very hard to deal with.

He went ahead to pray for everyone who’s undergoing emotional pain.

Social Media went abuzz yesterday after claims that gospel singer Daddy Owen’s wife had secretly gotten engaged to a tycoon based in Gilgil, Nakuru county.

The event is believed to have taken place at an exclusive lodge in the town.

This is after Farida allegedly disappeared in the first weeks of December only for the singer to be told of what had transpired.

According to a source who’s Farida’s closest friend, the marriage between the two has been on the rocks with Farida feeling that she was the one who was doing much for the family.

Earlier in the year, Daddy Owen had confided to some of his friends that he was battling depression.

The couple tied the knot in April 2016.

They have been blessed with two kids.

The singer is a younger brother to Gospel artist legend Roy Smith Mwatia famously known as Rufftone.

Rufftone is known for hit songs like Mwikhulu, Mungu Baba among many others.
