Ex-Nairobi Hospital C.EO Allan Pamba in a petition to have the facility’s chairman jailed for 6months

Former Nairobi Hospital C.E.O Allan Pamba filed a petition against the facility’s chairman Irungu Ndirangu for appointing a new C.E.O James Nyamongo despite  obtaining a court order to stop the process.

Dr. Pamba who was fired in October wants the chairman to be jailed for six months for going against the court orders.

According to his lawyer Paul Muite, the Chairman disregarded the court authority by proceeding with the hiring process.

This move would lead to Dr. Allan Pamba suffering a lot of damages and loss which cannot be compensated if his position is filled.

The former C.E.O said he obtained the court order on 4th of December stopping the Hospital from advertising the C.E.O position until his case was determined.

Dr. Ndirangu went ahead and gave a memo on the 7th of December on the appointment of James Nyamongo.

Justice Nzioka wa Makau had ordered that the hiring process be halted since the fired C.E.O was looking forward to get back his position.
